What payment methods do you accept?We accept the following payment methods: VISA Mastercard American Express (Amex) Apple Pay Google Pay Diners Club China Union Pay JCB Maestro We do not accept Gift cards.

Is Payment Secure?All payments via our website are secure. Your payments are protected with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your debit/credit card information after your purchase. We do not share your details with a third party, other than the payment provider.

How do I get a VAT Receipt?We do not charge VAT and therefore cannot issue a VAT invoice.

My order has arrived but there's something wrong with it!If your order arrives damaged, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Please make a formal complaint and refund or exchange request by emailing customerservices@adeadesigns.co.uk. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. To assist us in addressing your concern quickly, kindly include a clear, well-lit photo of the damaged or defective item in your email. You may be asked to return the damaged or defective product before the refund or exchange can be processed. Please review our Refund and Exchange Policy for an understanding of the procedure, conditions, and limitations surrounding damaged/defective product returns or exchanges. It is important that you familiarise yourself with this policy before requesting a refund or exchange.

How do I change or cancel my order?Please be advised that we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. However, we can cancel your order and process a refund, after which you may place a new order. To request a cancellation prior to dispatch, please contact us at customerservices@adeadesigns.co.uk and include your order number for reference. Kindly note that cancellations and amendments may cause a delay in processing. Please ensure you provide your order reference when reaching out.

Can I buy a gift card?At this time, gift cards are not available for purchase.

Help! I entered the wrong delivery address on an orderIf the order has not yet been dispatched Do not panic! This is easily done and can quickly be rectified if the order has not been dispatched. To update the delivery address, contact us before your order gets dispatched at customerservices@adeadesigns.co.uk quoting your order number and the new address you want us to deliver to. Please make sure you contact us using the email you originally used to make the order. If you have an account with us, we will also need you to also update your account information with the updated delivery address, as an extra security measure. If you do not have an account with us, send us the order confirmation you received when you placed your order. If the order has been dispatched! Please note that once we have dispatched your order, we are unable to permit address changes. So please make sure to contact us before your order gets dispatched.

To where do you ship?We currently only ship to the UK. However, please watch this space! Arrangements are being made to facilitate the delivery of our products to the EU, USA, and Canada.

When will I receive my order?We offer two types of delivery options. The first being standard delivery (estimated delivery 2-3 days). The second is Express delivery (estimated delivery 1-2 working days). Please read our Shipping Policy for further information. You will be able to select your desired delivery option during checkout. All deliveries are tracked, providing you with transparency on the whereabouts of your package following dispatch.

My order did not arrive, what do I do?All our orders are tracked. You would have received an email with your tracking number when we dispatched your item. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order online by logging in. If you don't have an account and you did not receive this email, then please contact our Customer Services Team (customerservices@adeadesigns.co.uk) for an update on your order's progress.

Can I track my order?Every delivery is tracked, giving you clear visibility of your package’s location after it’s dispatched. You would have received an email with your tracking number when we dispatched your item.

What is your return or exchange policy?We hope you’re thoroughly pleased with every purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange the item for another. Can I return a giftCertainly, you are welcome to return a gifted item purchased from us. To process the return, we’ll need the original order number and the email address associated with the purchase for verification. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, meaning the purchaser will receive the refund. For assistance, please contact us at customerservices@adeadesigns.co.uk.
