All third-party services we utilise are thoroughly vetted. We only use third party shipping companies with a good track record of delivering quality products in a timely manner. All products are first delivered to our base, subjected to a thorough QA check before being sent out, ensuring the products shipped out to you are of good quality.
All products are handled and packaged with great care to ensure they are delivered in good condition, free of smudges and scratches. We are aware that with all our best efforts, products could get damaged in-transit to customers. Hence, we have developed a thorough returns and exchange policy to protect our customers as well as ourselves as a business.
